I’ve spent the last ten-plus years working inside brands I care about, helping them grow in ways that feel honest and sustainable. Most recently, I lead marketing and direct-to-consumer growth at Icelantic Skis, where I helped scale the business by 80 percent while refining how the brand shows up across products, campaigns, and customer experience.

My work has never fit neatly into one box. I’ve built teams, managed large advertising budgets, launched products, opened physical spaces, and worked closely with founders, creatives, and operators to move ideas from concept to execution. I enjoy the mix of thinking and doing, and I care just as much about the details as the big picture.

I’ve spent most of my career in fast-moving, founder-led environments where priorities shift, resources are limited, and decisions actually matter. I like bringing structure to messy problems, asking the right questions early, and building systems that make good work easier to repeat.

FEATURES

What I do

My background spans brand, growth, e-commerce, and content, often all at once. Over the years, I’ve led work across:

  • Website and e-commerce strategy, primarily on Shopify

  • Paid media across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms

  • Brand development, creative direction, and launches

  • Athlete, ambassador, and community programs

  • Events, activations, and in-person brand experiences

  • Cross-functional teams of creatives, analysts, and contractors

I’m most interested in work where marketing is closely tied to the business itself, not just outputs or deliverables.

How I work

I’m practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable getting my hands dirty. I like clarity, direct communication, and systems that actually get used. I tend to work best in environments where people trust each other, feedback is straightforward, and there’s room to think before reacting.

I care about building teams that feel supported and confident in their work, and about making decisions that hold up over time.

Outside of work

I’m based in Colorado and spend as much time as I can outside. In the winter, that usually means skiing and my new-found hobby: pottery. In the warmer months, hiking, traveling, and slowing down when possible. I also enjoy photography and documenting small moments that might otherwise get overlooked.

A lot of what draws me to certain brands or projects comes back to the same things I value personally: craftsmanship, place, and a sense of intention.

What’s next

This site is not about one specific role. It’s a place to share how I think, what I’ve worked on, and what matters to me.
